Just had the BEST automotive buying experience of my life. Have bought or leased dozens of cars in my life and this was actually … enjoyable! Even better than Saturn, which was previously my best car buying experience. We knew we wanted to lease a 2025 Santa Fe SEL per the advertised Hyundai SEL lease special, plus knew the color and setup we wanted. Reached out to Emilie, Internet Sales, as the last 7 vehicles we have leased/purchased have been internet transactions. Myles Nze and Zach S. are the best sales/finance team that I have ever dealt with. No haggling, no BS, no run around. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, and for the price/terms quoted. Since we setup the deal via email and phone, all we had to do was final inspection and sign the papers that were all prepared prior to our scheduled appointment. In, out, done in 1 1/4 hours, including our trade-in. I had researched, test drove prior, and had located 3 vehicles that matched what we were looking for. The other dealers all wanted us to come in and do a test drive, negotiate at the dealership, and haggle. My request was simple, this is what we want, what is your best offer. I knew the residual value and money factor (easy to find the equation on the internet) so when we were less than a dollar apart, done deal. We are extremely pleased and will recommend the Myles and Zach team to anyone who is looking for a straightforward and open experience to get an excellent deal on your next new car. We will definitely be back at lease end for our next car.

Zeigler Hyundai is hands down the best dealership I’ve ever interacted with. I have lived across 3 states since owning my Hyundai and this dealership is the main reason I’ve thoroughly enjoyed driving my Tucson and will likely repurchase when this one finally gives out on me. Chad specifically has worked on my vehicle many times over the last few years and is always extremely professional and provides best in class customer service. Though I live in the next city over, and they finally opened a Hyundai dealership there a couple of years ago, I still make the drive to Zeigler because I can trust them to consistently handle my vehicle with care.

This dealership has been consistent in both repairing recall updates and diagnosing and fixing electrical issues. They are excellent. Unfortunately, the problem I had with the rear cargo carpeting has gone unrepaired because the manufacturer of the replacement materials is no longer in business. I wish Hyundai, not Ziegler, would find a solution.

Myles at Racine Hyundai was wonderful to work with! My family stopped in to look at two cars and you could tell that they were understaffed and busy. We didn’t have an appointment so we were patient but Myles made sure we never felt neglected or forgotten. He pulled up the cars we wanted to see and checked on us plenty of times. He was very helpful and explained the process fully. He was understanding of my rambunctious twin toddlers and mindful of our timeline as their bedtime was nearing. Long story short, I never felt pressured in anyway from Myles. He answered all my questions and always with a friendly smile, yet he remained a real person, not a fakey salesman.
