Zeigler Hyundai gets four stars. Pretty good experience overall. They play some of the typical pricing games that give dealers a bad name, but nothing egregious. You guys always do a great job. This time I was a little surprised that I didn’t get my car washed as part of the service. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t care much, but I’ve had a very busy schedule and trying to get the car in for service with my schedule was tough enough. I haven’t had time to get it washed, and I was looking forward to having that done as part of the service. Not a big deal, but one of those things that is missed when it’s not there.

I went to the dealership with my daughter who just purchased a 2025 Tucson. She had suggested that I go and spend some time with Sean so I could learn about the features on our 2024 Tucson. He had spent so much time with her that she wanted me to know how to use the features we didn’t know about on our car. Sean was so knowledgeable and patient.
