Bought the car used, within 3 months of owning it the head gasket blew. I can almost guarantee this car was sold to me with existing issue any competent service tech would notice. The car works fine now after $2500. Honestly if they had worked with me better and gotten that down to $1000. I would have become a forever customer. Now I will never go back there and will encourage everyone to stay far away from Ziegler, all of them. Everyone was nice to me as they bent me over a barrel though.
Service department is the shining star at this dealership. Service advisor Ron Stewart is excellent. He represents the dealership very well. Sales department needs improvement.

Ron Stewart has done an exceptional job for me regarding all service needs I have experienced over my years of Hyundai ownership. He is Definitely a major reason I would continue to purchase a new Hyundai.
Chad was awesome. He kept me posted with updates, he takes ownership of any issues that may arise. Zeigler, however, is shifty. Their salesmen will lie to you. The managers will worm their way out of any deal that isn't signed on paper. They will sell you xxxx you don't need or want and lie to you to get you to take it. If you buy a car here, INSIST that you won't buy their car unless they remove the LoJack first. They're just taking your money.

Service dept is great. They need to work on their databases and administrative stuff. Not my car, my husband’s, but they have my email, my phone number and an old land line that we have repeatedly asked to have removed in the past 6 years. So instead of contacting him they kept calling/texting me. Also would not recommend their financial area
Courteous, helpful and prompt. Total positive experience as they solved and fixed the horn issue and changed my wipers.

I had a great first experience with Ziegler Hyundai, which led me to trust them again—unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. I went in after receiving a letter offering to pay off my current Palisade if I traded it in. I wasn’t planning to trade, but the offer seemed fair.

Terrible tech communication. Didn’t even answer the phone with his name. Just hello… You kept my car for 3 days before even looking at it. When I picked up the car for trans module repair the car slips out of drive into neutral so now I have to bring it back.
It was a good experience. My oil service was done at a great time. Everything was seamless and easy to do.

Ed the manager of service is very unprofessional. A bad business look. Always unprofessional when I come to do business at Ziegler service. He always gathers a bunch of guys around as I'm leaving to intimidate & cat call at me. I find it extremely grotesque. I have spoken to the main manager about this unprofessional conduct.
