Charged me 3% for using my credit card. Was not informed of this prior to my service being performed. Your prices are high enough without adding a surcharge. I won’t be getting my service at your dealership anymore.

Good communication. I would definately recommend Zeigler Hyundai of Racine. Salesman, Myles, worked hard for us. We purchased a vehicle online from out of state. My oil change took over 2 hours to complete after I booked the service in advance. When I arrived they told me it would take 1hour to 1 hour and 30 mins.

This week I went in to look at a 2023 Santa Fe and I ended up working with a guy named Noah. I recently went through a bad car buying experience so I was very hesitant and nervous for buying a car this time around. Noah was VERY reassuring. I’m so thankful to have gotten him to work with me. They are very easy to deal with we have buying cars from them since 2018. My only complaint is this time they talked us into leasing, telling us it would be cheaper this way as we trade in every 3 years or so. After agreeing to try it and filling out all the paperwork and then really studying it a few days later i believe it will cost me more than just buying it outright for cash. Live and learn

all around good experience got what I wanted, and pricing was where I wanted, only ONE CONCERN, car did not have floor mats, cargo cover, first aid kit , all season fitted liners and cargo net. which is on the window sticker . disappointed someone took out of car.

This dealership does need to work on their communication eith the customer (I had no idea the remote start wasn't done on premises, that I would need to be shuttled, etc) but in the long run I was happy with the new remote start

I had a check engine and service lights come on in my recently purchased 2021 car. Turns out it was a warranty fuel injector issue which were then replaced at no charge to me. The service light was an error and reset. I got a ride home by them while the 2 hour service was preformed. Great service!!
